Andy Slater boasts over 25 years’ experience in the international and UK rail industry, specialising in business and operational transformation. Using a combination of business, commercial and technical skills as a board member of transport operating businesses, providing strategic advice on a variety of complex issues. Andy also has international business development experience having bid for, won, and executed contracts in Europe, Australia, and North America.

Joining the TXM Group in 2020, Andy arrived to found and lead TXM Consult. Initially starting in the UK, TXM Consult has now expanded into Europe, North America, and Australia all by the end of 2021.

Prior to joining TXM Consult, Andy led Amey Service Ltd's Rail Operations and Strategic Consulting businesses as Business Director. Before this he held the position of International Rolling Stock Director for Eurostar International, where he gained huge experience working across several different European countries and launching new services to Amsterdam.
